How do I apply?
Print out an application from the Application page, stop by the office and pick up a application in person, or email us at rccityha@mwt.net and we can email you an application.
I filled out an application, where am I at on the waiting list?
You are not on the waiting list until your application is processed and all references are returned. At that point we will mail you a letter to let you know that you are placed on the waiting list or if your application is denied.
How long till an apartment/house becomes available?
There is no way for us to track this, so our answer is we do not know.
Are utilities included?
Units include the following utilities: water, sewer, heat, electricity, parking, trash, and mailboxes. However, residents agree to pay excess electricity for air conditioners and freezers.
Do you allow smoking?
Smoking is only allowed in the outside designated area. Per guidelines of our smoking policy.
How much is the security deposit?
$300.00.
Do you allow animals?
Yes.
Is there a pet deposit? If so, how much?
$300.00.
Is the office open on weekends?
No, the office is open Monday-Thursday from 8am-3pm.
Can I see an apartment?
Yes, if there is a vacant apartment.
How are rent payments collected?
A check or money order can be dropped 24/7 in the grey box across from our office. We do not accept cash.
Do you require housing inspections?
Inspection is yearly in the spring and recertification is yearly twos months before the month you moved in.
How do I pay for washer & dryer use?
Our washer and dryers are coin operated using US quarters. It is $1.50 per load for each washer and dryer. These units are regular residential in size; they are not large commercial size.
Is footwear required in common (shared) spaces?
Yes. When in common areas, you must have footwear on.
Where is the outgoing mailbox?
The outgoing mailbox is the slot right below the mailboxes.
