The Richland Hills Apartments are managed by the Richland Center Housing Authority and located in Richland Center, WI. This Public Housing Community is the area’s premier apartment complex, serving Richland Center and surrounding areas since 1969. Our mission and specialty is to provide safe and affordable senior housing, accessible housing for individuals with disabilities, and low or moderate income housing.
